Finance Intern

Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and analysis of financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Support in the budgeting and forecasting process, including data collection and analysis.
- Help maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation.
- Assist with accounts payable/receivable tasks, including invoice processing and payment tracking.
- Help prepare financial models and analysis for various departments or projects.
- Contribute to month-end and year-end close processes.
- Conduct market research and assist with financial due diligence as needed.
- Support the team in maintaining financial software and ensuring the accuracy of data.
- Help with ad-hoc financial projects and administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (undergraduate or graduate).
- Strong interest in finance, accounting, and business operations.
- Basic understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude, with a strong willingness to learn and contribute.
- Previous internship or coursework in finance or accounting is a plus.
