The Beard Club required a significant overhaul of their ecommerce platform, with a focus on enhancing user experience, optimizing subscription management, and adding new features to improve customer engagement.

What We Did

Our scope of work for The Beard Club included the following key services:

Subscription Dashboard
Optimization

We transformed the subscription management dashboard to enhance loading speed, streamline navigation, and create a more user-friendly experience. By reducing the number of clicks required for managing subscriptions, enabling easy add-on product purchases, and enhancing personalized product recommendations, we aimed to improve the overall efficiency and customer satisfaction. Additionally, we created a membership club experience that fostered a sense of belonging and loyalty among subscribers, driving retention and increasing customer lifetime value.

Subscription Flow
Optimization

We redesigned the subscription flow to make it more intuitive, focusing on creating a seamless and engaging experience. This included implementing one-click upsells on the post-checkout confirmation page to boost average order value, simplifying the login process for returning users, and introducing a start-time buffer to set clear expectations around initial renewals, ultimately improving transparency and reducing customer churn.

Loyalty Program
Enhancement

We revamped The Beard Club’s loyalty program to make it more interactive and rewarding for customers. The new system featured a tiered rewards structure to boost engagement and loyalty, seamlessly integrating into the existing subscription management dashboard.

Automated Email and Customer Engagement Improvements

We enhanced email automation to improve customer engagement throughout the subscription lifecycle. This included automated onboarding emails for new subscribers, reminder emails, and personalized product recommendations.

Bundle Builder and Product Quiz Enhancements
