As a Manual QA Tester at Power Commerce, you will be a key player in ensuring the quality of our products and services. You will work closely with our development and product teams to identify, document, and resolve issues, ensuring our applications meet the highest standards before they reach our users. Your attention to detail, thorough testing, and ability to think critically will help us maintain our reputation for delivering exceptional e-commerce solutions.

• 웹 애플리케이션, 모바일 앱 및 전자상거래 플랫폼에서 수동 테스트를 수행하여 버그를 식별하고 기능성을 보장합니다.
• 프로젝트 요구 사항 및 사양에 따라 상세한 테스트 케이스를 생성, 유지 및 실행합니다.
• 개발자 및 제품 관리자와 같은 교차 기능 팀과 협업하여 개발 수명 주기 전반에 걸쳐 제품 품질을 보장합니다.
• 적절한 버그 추적 도구를 사용하여 결함을 보고, 추적 및 우선 순위를 지정합니다.
• 소프트웨어 기능성과 사용성을 검증하기 위해 회귀 테스트, 기능 테스트 및 사용성 테스트를 수행합니다.
• 사용자 경험 및 전체 제품 품질을 향상시키기 위한 잠재적 개선 사항에 대해 명확하고 간결한 피드백을 제공합니다.
• 테스트 계획, 보고서 및 테스트 스크립트를 포함한 품질 문서 유지를 돕습니다.
• 가장 효율적이고 효과적인 테스트 전략을 보장하기 위해 QA 프로세스 및 방법론을 지속적으로 개선합니다.

요구 사항:

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Manual QA Tester, with a strong focus on web and mobile applications.
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla, etc.) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• English language
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms or experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus.
• A passion for technology and a desire to ensure the best user experience.
