As a Manual QA Tester at Power Commerce, you will be a key player in ensuring the quality of our products and services. You will work closely with our development and product teams to identify, document, and resolve issues, ensuring our applications meet the highest standards before they reach our users. Your attention to detail, thorough testing, and ability to think critically will help us maintain our reputation for delivering exceptional e-commerce solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Perform manual testing on web applications, mobile apps, and e-commerce platforms to identify bugs and ensure functionality.
• Create, maintain, and execute detailed test cases based on project requirements and specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure product quality throughout the development lifecycle.
• Report, track, and prioritize defects using appropriate bug-tracking tools.
• Perform regression, functional, and usability testing to validate software functionality and usability.
• Provide clear and concise feedback on potential improvements to enhance user experience and overall product quality.
• Help maintain quality documentation, including test plans, reports, and test scripts.
• Continuously improve QA processes and methodologies to ensure the most efficient and effective testing strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Manual QA Tester, with a strong focus on web and mobile applications.
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla, etc.) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• English language
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms or experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus.
• A passion for technology and a desire to ensure the best user experience.
