Marketing Intern

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Marketing Intern to assist in executing digital marketing campaigns, creating engaging content for various platforms, and conducting market research. This full-time position in Sarajevo offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience, collaborate with a dynamic team, and contribute to innovative e-commerce projects that drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Support the team in creating and running digital marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and basic ads.
• Help brainstorm and create content for social media, blogs, and newsletters.
• Assist with basic market research and keeping an eye on competitors.
• Learn to track and summarize performance from social media and website analytics tools (like Google Analytics).
• Get involved in improving website visibility through simple SEO tasks and content updates.
• Pitch in with planning and organizing virtual or in-person events.
• Help keep the website and online content up to date.
• Work with other teams to help keep our branding and messaging consistent.
• Lend a hand with general team support like scheduling, organizing content, and other day-to-day tasks.
• Learn as much as possible!

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong interest in digital marketing and content creation
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Canva, etc.) is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with a passion for learning and new marketing trends.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
