Every Second
Costs You Sales
We tune your storefront for the slow networks and mid-range phones your customers actually use — not for a lab score.
Trusted by 1000+ innovative companies worldwide
Speed Your Customers Can Feel
A store that loads instantly on office wifi can still crawl on a four-year-old Android over patchy mobile data. We profile your site on real devices and real connections, then fix what genuinely delays the first meaningful paint — render-blocking scripts, oversized hero media, third-party tags and accumulated app bloat.

What a Performance
Engagement Covers
Google assesses Core Web Vitals at the 75th percentile of real page loads, segmented separately for mobile and desktop. That is the bar we work to — field data, not a one-off lab run.
Field Data Diagnosis
We start with real-user data from the Chrome UX Report and your own RUM, because lab scores hide what slow devices experience.
Largest Contentful Paint
Hero media, fonts and render-blocking resources reworked to bring LCP under Google's 2.5 second threshold.
Interaction to Next Paint
Long JavaScript tasks broken up and deferred so interactions respond within the 200 millisecond INP target.
Cumulative Layout Shift
Reserved space for images, embeds and banners to hold CLS at or below the 0.1 threshold.
Third-Party Tag Governance
Every pixel, widget and app measured for its true cost, then loaded in a way that does not block the sale.
Regression Monitoring
Continuous field monitoring with alerting, so a newly installed app cannot quietly undo months of work.

Core Web Vitals,
Fixed at the Source
LCP, INP and CLS are not vanity metrics — they are the difference between a shopper who waits and one who leaves. We treat them as revenue metrics and trace each one back to the specific asset, app or template responsible.
Then we fix the cause rather than the symptom: deferred scripts, right-sized images, leaner Liquid, and monitoring that tells you the moment a new app puts your scores back at risk.
01 /
Real-Device Profiling
We measure on mid-range phones and throttled networks, because that is where your customers actually shop.
02 /
Third-Party Tag Audit
Marketing pixels and apps are the usual culprits. We find the expensive ones and load them without blocking the sale.
03 /
Media & Asset Discipline
Right-sized, modern-format imagery and lazy loading, so your hero section stops being your slowest section.
04 /
Continuous Monitoring
Field data tracked over time, so a regression is caught in days rather than at the next quarterly review.

The Thresholds
You Are Graded On
Google's published Core Web Vitals thresholds, assessed at the 75th percentile of real page loads and reported separately for mobile and desktop. These are the numbers we work to.
| Metric | Good (Google threshold) | What we change to get there |
|---|---|---|
| Largest Contentful Paint (LCP) | 2.5 seconds or less | Preloaded hero media, right-sized responsive images, fewer render-blocking styles and fonts |
| Interaction to Next Paint (INP) | 200 milliseconds or less | Long JavaScript tasks split and deferred, third-party handlers moved off the critical path |
| Cumulative Layout Shift (CLS) | 0.1 or less | Explicit dimensions on media, reserved space for banners and embeds, font-loading strategy |
| Measurement window | 75th percentile of real page loads | Field monitoring rather than one-off lab runs, segmented by device and template |
| Device segmentation | Mobile and desktop scored separately | Mid-range Android profiling, because that is usually the failing segment |

Performance Questions,

What brands ask before committing budget to speed work.
No. Lighthouse is a lab tool and a useful diagnostic, but Google grades you on field data at the 75th percentile of real page loads. We optimise the numbers your actual customers generate, which is a harder and more useful target.
Mobile devices have less processing headroom and far more variable networks, so the same JavaScript that feels instant on a laptop can block the main thread for hundreds of milliseconds on a mid-range Android. Google also scores mobile separately.
Rarely all of them. Most of the damage comes from a small number of tags loading in a blocking way. We measure each one's real cost and change how it loads first — removal is a recommendation of last resort, and it is your commercial call.
Core Web Vitals are part of Google's page experience signals, so they play a role — but the larger and more reliable effect is commercial. Faster pages lose fewer shoppers between click and checkout.
Only as long as nothing undoes them. Themes change, apps get installed, campaigns add tags. That is why we set up field monitoring and alerting rather than treating performance as a one-off project.
Yes. We work across Shopify and Shopify Plus themes, Shopline, headless frontends such as Vue Storefront and Alokai, and custom stacks. The metrics and the method are the same regardless of platform.
Performance Is a Conversion Lever
Speed work is often treated as a technical chore, filed away from the growth roadmap. We treat it as one of the most reliable conversion levers available — measurable, compounding, and felt by every single visitor on every single page.
