The Challenge
OneBlade needed to gain better insights into their customer journey and advertising efforts to effectively scale their marketing initiatives. The challenge was to build a custom data infrastructure that would allow OneBlade to track key performance metrics, measure attribution, and derive insights that would inform their advertising and customer engagement strategies.

What We Did
Our scope of work for OneBlade included the following key services:

Data Warehouse Integration
We developed a custom data warehouse that integrated data from various sources, including Shopify, Recharge, Google Analytics, and third-party advertising platforms. By centralizing this data, we enabled OneBlade to gain a holistic view of customer behavior and performance metrics.

Custom Data Model for Analytics and Attribution
We built a custom data model to support advanced analytics and attribution tracking. This included mapping the customer journey across multiple touchpoints, identifying key conversion paths, and providing insights into the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. The data model was designed to offer OneBlade a clear understanding of how different channels contributed to customer acquisition and retention.

Advanced Reporting and Visualization
