The Challenge

Tiege Hanley needed to enhance their subscription management capabilities by developing a custom dashboard on Shopify Plus. The goal was to make it easier for subscribers to manage their skincare subscriptions, create upsell opportunities, and give customers greater flexibility, including options to skip, pause, or cancel subscriptions.

What We Did

Our scope of work for Tiege Hanley included the following key services:

Custom Recharge Dashboard Implementation

We developed a custom dashboard using Recharge to provide subscribers with enhanced flexibility and control over their skincare subscriptions. The dashboard was designed to make managing subscriptions easy, allowing users to adjust shipment frequency, change product selections, or add additional items with just a few clicks.

Upsell Opportunities and Customer Engagement

We implemented features that encouraged upselling within the customer dashboard, allowing Tiege Hanley to offer additional products or upgrades to existing subscribers. These upsell opportunities were strategically integrated into the customer journey to increase average order value while maintaining a seamless user experience.

Subscription Flexibility and Management

We worked to ensure that subscribers had the flexibility to easily modify their subscriptions, including pausing, skipping, or canceling shipments. By putting control into the hands of customers, we aimed to reduce churn and increase customer satisfaction, aligning with Tiege Hanley’s goal of simplifying skincare for men.
