The Challenge
Bokksu needed to enhance their subscription management capabilities on Shopify Plus to improve customer retention and maximize revenue. The brand wanted to offer a seamless subscription experience that allowed for upsells, cross-sells, and personalized product recommendations.

What We Did
Our scope of work for Bokksu included the following key services:

Custom Recharge Dashboard Implementation
We developed a custom dashboard on Recharge that provided subscribers with enhanced flexibility and control over their subscriptions. This included features like pausing, skipping, and adjusting subscription details, all accessible from an easy-to-use interface. The goal was to create an intuitive experience that empowered customers to manage their subscriptions on their own terms.

Upsell and Cross-Sell Features
We introduced upsell and cross-sell capabilities within the customer dashboard, allowing subscribers to add additional items to their upcoming boxes or upgrade to a premium subscription. These features were designed to increase average order value and encourage customers to explore more products offered by Bokksu.

Native Subscription Experience
We ensured that all subscription functionalities were seamlessly integrated into the Shopify Plus store, creating a native experience that felt cohesive with the rest of the ecommerce journey. This included optimizing the checkout flow, improving post-purchase upsell opportunities, and personalizing product recommendations based on customer preferences and purchase history.
