Hunt A Killer needed to migrate their ecommerce platform from Cratejoy to Shopify Plus to meet their growing needs, serve different product segments, and enhance their subscription management capabilities.
The migration also needed to ensure that the brand could deliver tailored product offerings and provide more flexible subscription options to an expanding base of loyal customers.

What We Did
Our scope of work for Hunt A Killer included the following key services:

Platform Migration and Subscription Management
We managed the migration of Hunt A Killer’s ecommerce platform from Cratejoy to Shopify Plus, including all content, customer data, and historical orders. This migration ensured that all data was accurately preserved and that Hunt A Killer’s extensive subscriber base was smoothly transitioned to the new platform.

Segmentation and Subscription Flexibility
We implemented new features to allow Hunt A Killer to serve different product segments, delivering tailored experiences to specific customer groups. This included customizing subscription plans to allow members to choose between different mystery boxes, providing flexibility in delivery schedules, and enabling easy upgrades or changes to subscriptions. These new features were designed to enhance customer satisfaction and improve subscription retention.
