The Challenge
La Colombe sought to enhance their subscription and customer experience through a complete redesign of their customer dashboard on Shopify Plus. The goal was to make it easier for subscribers to manage their orders, including reordering, changing flavor selections, and customizing multi-packs.
Additionally, La Colombe wanted to create an intuitive customer portal that simplified subscription management and improved the overall shopping journey.

What We Did
Our scope of work for La Colombe included the following key services:

Custom Customer Dashboard Development
We developed a custom customer dashboard that focused on ease of use, allowing subscribers to manage their subscriptions with minimal friction. This included features like flavor selection for multi-packs, rebuy options, and the ability to modify upcoming deliveries. The new dashboard was designed to be visually appealing and highly functional, providing an enjoyable experience for users.

Subscription Management Enhancements
We worked closely with La Colombe to implement features that made subscription management more flexible, such as skipping, pausing, or modifying subscription details directly from the dashboard. These improvements were aimed at reducing churn and increasing customer satisfaction by giving subscribers more control over their experience.

Customer Portal Redesign
We conducted a complete redesign of La Colombe’s customer portal to create a unified, modern experience that reflected the brand’s values. The redesign included updating visual elements to align with La Colombe’s branding, streamlining navigation, and making it easier for customers to access key subscription features.
